Front Cover In article number 2201409, Daqing Sun, Dan Ding, and co-workers propose a fluorinated supramolecular strategy for developing cancer vaccine adjuvant, of which 4RDP(F5) containing tetra-arginine (4R) dipentafluorophenylalanine (DP(F5)) balances the self-assembly, antigen affinity, transmembrane abilities. The performance 4RDP(F5)-OVA in prevention treatment tumors makes it an attractive adjuvant candidate immunotherapy.
